Hello! Been a while since I made a fan art update. I’ve been working on a lot of things lately, including learning how to finally make stickers! This is a pretty big step in my art journey. Ah! I can finally make that Moody Toshitada (Shuten) sticker! XD
In other news, a friend pointed me towards a 2027 YST fan art collaborative calendar, which I’m excited to hear back from the organizer on. I hope to be able to work with some of the talented artists who made the 2026 version! (See HERE.)
I’ve also been trying to be a bit more active over on pixiv, too.
Now that I’m done processing Cours 1 of Yoroi Shinden Samurai Troopers, my brain is free to pursue other items. Do expect to see some YSST art appear here, as it’s been one way I’ve been able to process what I’ve been watching. Otherwise, it’s been fun to play with the new characters. (Yaaaaaay, more characters for the dollhouse!) But! Y’all know who my faves are. *smirk* There will always be more Masho art. Always. (=
Some items I have in progress:
- a Shuten spring comic
- a Gai doodle with inspo from the end of Cours 1
- some sleepy-time wallpaper screens with Jirou and Naotoki
- a funky Touma with attitude
- mailing labels and stickers to make friends smile
- a coloring collaboration with lineart from Suoh21_g (over on twitter, LINK)
- a website re-fresh (time to take off the construction tarps!)
I know other fun doodles will appear, and I hope to finish a few projects from 2025. I’ve finally found a bit of balance between art-making, being responsible (^_^;;;) and taking care of myself. So, while the art may not be as much as 2025 (that year was intense!!), there will be more.
I look forward to sharing more art with you all this year!
Here’s a look back at all the art I did in 2025: LINK.
Ciao for now! ^_~
